I’ve been shopping here for years, and it’s always had a poor excuse for customer service. However, a good salesman kept me coming, made good deals, good advice. Since departure, the selection has dropped drastically, employees take much longer when filling out forms, give bad advice or won’t try to get you better information. Hidden fees, up charging people for credit cards. There are wonderful gun shops and FFLs in town. This unfortunately isn’t one of them anymore.

Ended up getting to know the people working there first. Great service, responsible owners and sellers. Mostly former LEO & MIL there Have everything you need and then some. In my line of work, I expect it and need the best PERIOD. There's classes, training, if they don't do it they'll get you to someone who will. Legally of course. Full transparency and I like seeing that. They have my vote for best in the area if not all of LV

Nice people. Smaller show room than before. Armorer only twice a week. Not convenient nor is it a convenient location.

I'm not entirely sure what type of store sells you faulty attachments or attachments that have clearly been handled by dozens of people at full price. If you're going to pay full price for an optic, it should be in NEW, unused, and unopened condition. I also fail to understand why they won't honor a refund on a DOA product. Do NOT shop here unless you want to purchase something that's been used and abused.

First visit here after I found this place randomly on Google maps. Sent in my rifle to get a QD end plate and a compensator installed. First off, the guys were very friendly. We talked a little bit about the start of the store, and how long it's been here. They have an awesome selection of guns, attachments, even some things I was looking for that even Spartan Arms didn't carry. Awesome store, great selection, friendly employees, and a very quick turn around time. You can't go wrong with gun smithing here. Will be returning

Was at the news store for the 1st time today. Greatly disappointed. Really, really small. Guess I was expecting new and better store. My understanding is that they are going to online sales. Very little in store

Have you ever wanted to experience what it would feel like to be invisible to your fellow man? Do you want to save money because you can’t purchase anything because of said invisibility? Then this is your place! But seriously, worst service I’ve ever seen/experienced. Never going there again. Stood around for 15+ minutes without a single acknowledgment from any staff members when it wasn’t even busy. Do better, guys.
